i think this is gonna get big
yes
@heyopc ??? Hang on, hang on; the style differences doesn't make anything bizarre but the frame rate does? Furthermore what about key framing? Like how Spider-Man: into the spider-verse with it's key framing, how would something like that not make it look different.
I was going to bring up how fluid or choppy something is can also depend on how it's animated like goop from Ben 10 Ultimate Alien but that point is moot considering it's only a 5 to 20s animation.
Idk; the closet thing I've done to animation is pixel art animation so I don't know if anything I brought up actually applies to 2D animations.
Different rates for keyframing is totally okay to do as long as the overall project runs at 24fps! What I’m trying to say is if we rendered two videos together, and one was at 24fps and the other was 30fps, the one we rendered would be at 24fps making the 30fps clip choppy as the rates don’t line up. Animating at 24fps doesn’t necessarily mean you’re creating 24 frames every second, it just has to be some sort of iteration of it (IE 12fps or 6fps). Hopefully that makes sense!
I'm very novice with animating, but maybe I can come up with something to join in!
im down to work on a film for the big hoss collab 2022.
Give me the mc nuggets >:/
No!
Who the hog is hoss???
it’s. onvious…..
@heyopc OH! Oh shoot I didn't know that; but thank you for explaining this. This makes a lot more sense to me now, it's something I never thought about.
@GameSmashDash
frame variety is fine just export it as 24fps babe
@Shal I am now aware of that, yes; I realized this now since heyopc already informed me but thank you for telling me.
I might be in this
dammit so no ass to ass with big hoss?
HUGE
This is gonna be the most lit shit ever
GameSmashDash
Wait why can't it be above a certain frame rate???
heyopc
when we throw the videos together as a collab piece towards the end, different frame-rates will make the full thing choppy! keeping them all the same will make the final piece run smoothly.
